MINUTUS is not a platform for everyone. It is a small tool for medical practices, born from a concrete need.
The reason
A real practice in Germany had to record its employees' working time, as required since the 2022 BAG decision. The big HR systems are built for companies with a personnel department: many modules, long onboarding, high prices. For a practice with a handful of staff that is too much.
What came of it
MINUTUS does exactly what a practice needs, and does it correctly: record times, approve corrections, manage absences, reports for payroll, an audit log for the worst case. Nothing more.
The application has been in daily use in that practice since 2026. What it uses every day is what you see here.
Who is behind it
MINUTUS is developed and operated by CSI Consulting, a brand of php technologies GmbH in Munich. You talk to the people who build the product, not to a sales team.
